Approved on December,the 2017 Stability Law prolonged the 50% IRPEF deduction for building stock restoration and residential properties renovation investments, with a budget limit of 96.000.000€ per building unit, until December, 31st2017.Property owners, tenants, usufructuaries and bare owners will have the possibility to enjoy of this benefits.
ProntoPro.it made a study regarding the renovation works estimate requests registered during the first three months of 2017. The results are very interesting.
- The 50% of the requests comes from the Italian northern regions, while the 25% from the southern ones and the 20% from the central area. This general trend is confirmed by the single region one too:
With the 21% of the requests, Lombardy is on the rank first place, while, with its 10%, Lazio places itself at second one. With their 9%, Emilia Romagna, Piedmont and Apulia stand at the third place. Veneto represents the 7% of the requests, while Sicily, Campagna and Tuscany the 6%. Sardinia is the last region, with the 3% of the requests.
- After having seen where the requests come from, let’s analyse the renovation works categories:
The 9% of the requests concerns the bathrooms renovation. In this case too, North is on the rank top with its 72% of requests. Then, there is the Centre (14%) and the South (13%). As we already did before, let’s now analyse the single regions trend. Regarding the bathroom renovation works, Lombardy still confirms itself on the top position of the podium (30%), followed by Emilia Romagna (23%), Lazio (11%, Tuscany (10%), Campania and Veneto (7%), Piedmont and Umbria (6%), Liguria and Sicily (4%).
