Our Smart Currency Exchange contact person, Diana Bellew, Business Development Italy, takes stock of the situation after a year of partnership.


After a year of hard work getting to know and promote our real estate group, Diana Bellew is deeply enthusiastic.


Great Estate introduced 50 potential clients to Smart Currency, who in turn found 116 potential buyers. These number are very interesting, especially for the sellers, who would obtain many advantages to entrusting their properties to our group.


Two big Overseas Home Fairs in 2017: the first one in London, the second one in Manchester, with the important opportunity for Great Estate to be actually and personally in Great Britain. These events provided numerous contacts, thanks to Great Estate staff and its Head of International Elisa Biglia.


Diana: “My visit to your network”

Diana has been travelling a lot over this year. In fact, she made a tour of our several agencies, in order to get to know us and to explain us the services offered by Smart Currency.


“I made a tour of your agencies, and it was really interesting to see you work on site. I started with a nice trip to Umbria and Tuscany in June. I met Ilaria in Fabro and Stefano in San Martino, and then, after having visited Federico and Paolo of Umbria Domus, I drove through infinite hills to get to Filippo in Spoleto (two hours trip..oops!).

I continued my tour on the Tuscan coast, with Elisa and her picturesque agency on the harbour in Porto Santo Stefano. We also ate some very delicious “orecchiette”!

Then I visited Antonio and Mary in San Vincenzo: we had a lot of fun making videos about Smart Currency services.

Then I headed north to Acquiterme, to visit Andrea Monti. Piedmont was a revelation to me and I really want to well promote this region to our clients.

Last but not least, I met Luca for a coffee in Rome, at the MAXXI, and it was really pleasant. I hope to go visit him in Sardinia before the end of Summer!

Apulia, Marche and Sicily are next in programme.

It was very useful to see where, how and with whom you work. My goal is to make the introduction of new clients the most effective and productive possible, in both directions.”
