When and how was one of the historic GE partner agencies born? Fabrizio Bocci, the Dream Tuscany CEO, tells us about the history of his agency.
Welcome Fabrizio, would you like to tell us something about “Dream Tuscany Real Estate”?
Do you remember your first and important sale? Would you like to tell us something about that?
Which were the most important sales done by Dream Tuscany?
During these years, I had some really great personal satisfactions: among the most important sales done, there are surely the ones of two farm businesses, which have successively created the Metinella company. Moreover, we closed also the sale of Palazzo Grugni, a historic building where we created 11 housing units. We sold a beautiful palace in the historic center of Siena and a farm, Sogrà, to one of the most important wine companies of Montepulciano too.
During the time, how did your agency change?
Sincerely, till today, I preferred to manage my agancy by myself. But now, through the cooperation with the team of Rolling Hills, composed of some young and willing professionals, I am going to breathe new life to “my” Dream Tuscany.
Let’s talk now about the cooperation with Great Estate. When did it start?
I have been knowing Stefano Petri for 20 years now.
Can you tell us something about the sales done through the cooperation with Great Estate?
In 2014-15, we sold Villa Paradiso and, more recently, “Podere Reggello”, but I am sure that, through this new cooperation, we will be able to improve our performances.
How do you see the future of this cooperation?
With great optimism! I hope that thanks to the efforts of all, we will be able to obtain the right and deserved results!
And, finally, how do you see the “Dream Tuscany” one?
To be honest, I have always done my job with cordiality, passion, and professionalism. I hope that, through this new cooperation, we will be able to increase further!
