The first stage of the preview of the ‘Italian Pavilion project at Expo 2015″ is at the Quirinale with an exhibition inaugurated yesterday and open to the public until January 15, 2014. The exhibition, presented by the President of Expo 2015, Diana Bracco, is centered on a 1:50 scale model of the “home” pavilion project of the host country to the next World Expo.
Italian Pavilion will be “a great showcase” of the 2015 Expo, “an extraordinary opportunity,” said the president of Confindustria, Giorgio Squinzi, who advises that: “We must be able to turn this into an opportunity for growth for the overall country”.
25 metres high with five floors and a panoramic terrace, the Italian Pavilion will be, says Bracco, “truly the gateway to the country, presenting it as a unique space that combines tradition and innovation, past and future.”
