Mr. Alessandro Quagliarini, the Gruppo Santarelli sales, image, communication and marketing coordinator, tells us about the project of “Palazzo Bianchi” in Perugia.

This amazing well-renovated palace in the historic centre of Perugia appears as a great real estate investment for those who want to live this city by staying in an elegant and refined home.

Which is your role into the Gruppo Santarelli?

I am the sales, image, communication & marketing coordinator. So, I deal both with the commercial development and the marketing management of the company and its products.

Santarelli Costruzioni was created more than 100 years ago in Ascoli Piceno, Marche. The family traditions and the sustainable and working improvement culture of the past still represent the mission of Pietro Santarelli and his family. Now at the fourth generation, the company is maintain always the same quality level on both the product and relationships. The group creates residential buildings on the main Italian cities, in particular in Rome. The attention is addressed to the recent innovations, eco-friendly planning, modern comforts and to the client him/herself. Indeed, the group is aware of the responsibility it has towards the client who is potentially investing all his/her savings. Our “home idea”: the location choice, planning, realization, commercialization and post-sale phase are all actions aimed to the client’s satisfaction.

Can you explain us why the Santarelli Group has decided to start the renovation of “Palazzo Bianchi” in Perugia?

“Palazzo Bianchi” owns all the features of a particular group production range. Our main activity is characterized by two interventions typologies: the creation of residential buildings in some strategical areas of a large city and the full renovation of prestigious palaces in the historic centres. “Palazzo Bianchi” is precisely part of this category. Its history, planned by architect Calderini in 1871, its position, classic conformation, the tradition of an ancient and touristic town, as well as the renovation experience of the group made Santarelli purchase and renovate this property.

How was the renovation planned?

The first property visit done by the technical staff of the group and supervised by Mr. Giovanni Carbonara, an authority in his field, was fundamental for the identification of the building potentialities. All the systems were completely renovated, but there was also a change of use of many places. The building is now in line with all the current regulation in force. During the works, both the materials quality and beauty played a fundamental role, indeed many specialists and artisans participated too.

In your opinion, which is the target clientele for “Palazzo Bianchi”?

Obviously, given what I have just said, it will be a “niche clientele”: national or international families or professionals who love the beauty and the modernity.

Which are the strengths and qualities of this palace?

Surely, its renovation and modern technologies combined with the original style of the building. However, “Palazzo Bianchi” location is incredible too.

Which kind of cooperation have you start with Great Estate & Chesterton? Why did you choose it?

We signed an exclusive assignment for sale with the hope to advertise both the palace and our brand internationally.

Why do you suggest an apartment in “Palazzo Bianchi”?

Because, as I always affirm, the first who has to believe and appreciate the product is the seller. I really like “Palazzo Bianchi” apartments and I surely would live here.
