Debbie and Edward, originally from Seattle and with a past in Hawaii, have always cherished a dream: to move to Italy to enjoy their retirement, immersed in the beauty and history of the Bel Paese.

they say.

On 24th April 2025, in front of a carefully chosen notary by Clarissa, Debbie and Edward finally signed the deed of purchase for Assisi Amazing View , the house they had always dreamed of, marking the beginning of a new life in Umbria: breathtaking panoramas, the authentic charm of the Italian countryside, and a future built to their specifications.
