Meet Margherita Tiezzi, International Property Consultant with Great Estate Group.
LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
My name is Margherita, I was born in Chiusi, where I still live. After graduating from Liceo Scientifico in Montepulciano, I first obtained a degree in Economics and Business and then a degree in Marketing and Communication, both at the University of Siena. In 2017 I decided to move to Turin to work in an advertising agency as a social media manager, and then returned in 2021 to my beloved Tuscany.
I consider myself an outgoing, talkative, curious and positive person.
MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
My first meeting with Great Estate was in the summer of 2021, and it happened almost by chance. I had just returned from Turin and was still uncertain about my professional future. Although I had had no experience in real estate up to that point, I had always dreamed of working in this field since childhood. I vividly remember my first meeting with Stefano Petri: his kindness and understanding nature struck me immediately, making me feel “at home straight away. I soon joined the Great Estate group, initially in the communications department , then one day I had to fill in for a selling agent during an appointment and that was the moment I realised that this was exactly the job I wanted to do for the rest of my life. In 2024, after passing the exam and obtaining my licence, I officially became a real estate agent.
THE GROUP’S VALUES AND METHOD
At the core of Great Estate’s stem values are humanity and helpfulness. Our strength certainly lies in the services and advice we offer but, also and especially in the way we offer them. The human aspect always comes first, and our clients also tell us this. Stefano our founder is a fundamental point of reference for us all.
Personally, I am lucky enough to work closely every day with extraordinary professionals who, together with Stefano, teach me what it means to be a real estate agent on a technical level, but also on a human level. In this company I have had the opportunity to get to know people who to this day are more than just colleagues, I would say friends. This is what drives me every morning to go to work with a smile.
PLANS AND GOALS FOR THE FUTURE
My goal for the future? To grow steadily and consistently in my profession, honing my skills and gaining more and more experience. I want to become a highly qualified and recognized professional in the real estate industry, able to offer my clients excellent and personalised service. I firmly believe that this is what a career is all about, because every day brings me new challenges, opportunities for growth and satisfaction that motivates me to always give my best.
MY MOTTO
My motto is “ahead we go,” a phrase repeated every morning by my colleague and great teacher, Valter Luciani. Thanks to him, I have learned that when faced with difficulties it is essential to always look for solutions, never letting yourself be discouraged and keeping a smile on my face!
