An Italian property consultant and manager of the Great Estate offices in Castiglione del Lago and Perugia, Giacomo Migni brings twenty years of experience, combining expertise with genuine passion.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I began working as an estate agent around 20 years ago, after earning my degree in Communication Sciences and passing the qualifying exam for the profession. Like many, I started out in the residential sector before specialising, over the years, in second homes and prestigious properties. I love this profession for its dynamism and because it allows me, every day, to interact with and meet many people, often from different cultures, and above all to discover unexpected and beautiful places—ancient homes steeped in history.

Living in this splendid corner of the world that is Umbria is, for me, a true privilege. I love the woods, water and wind: not surprisingly, my passions include windsurfing, kayaking, and anything that allows me to stay close to nature.
MY MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
I had the pleasure of meeting Stefano Petri, the Group’s CEO, around 10 years ago, and from the very beginning there was a natural affinity, partly because we share the same values, both professionally and personally. I have always admired his strong dedication to his work and his determination to achieve important goals, as well as his kindness, consistency, and ability to listen—qualities he has successfully passed on to the professionals within the Great Estate Group.
