Rita Gulizia, International Property Consultant for the German-speaking market, talks about her journey at Great Estate.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I was born and raised in Germany, where I lived for 18 years and earned a degree in Sports Science. My curiosity and desire for change then brought me back to my Italian roots. I have been part of Great Estate since 2020 and, rather than a large company, I like to describe it as a big family, where I immediately felt welcomed and at ease.
I consider myself a sunny, outgoing and positive person, always curious and eager to learn something new from others.
MEETING AND WORKING WITH GREAT ESTATE
My meeting with Great Estate happened almost by chance, driven mainly by my curiosity. I had heard about this important real estate company, which is also well known internationally and has several offices throughout the area. I decided to attend an interview and, thanks to my native German language skills, I had the opportunity to join the team and work with German-speaking buyers.
And here I am!

My goal for the future? To continue growing and improving every day, so that I can always be a valuable asset to Great Estate. I am firmly convinced that I want to continue along this professional path, because even today this job continues to give me many small satisfactions, day after day.

I have the pleasure of working closely every day with Nadia Aron and Riccardo Luculli, two people who approach their work with great passion and dedication.
Even when faced with life’s small difficulties, they are a great example to me: they remind me that we should never give up and that, whatever happens, it is important to keep facing life with a smile.
