Tuscany stands out as the top Italian region for average transaction value, reaching up to €13,000 per square meter in the most exclusive districts such as Florence, Chianti, Versilia, and Monte Argentario.
Here, 75% of purchases are made by international clients often seeking their second home, while the remaining 25% are by Italian residents looking for their first home.
