ENTREPRENEURIAL VISION AND WINNING LEADERSHIP: THE SUCCESS OF GREAT ESTATE

From a young age, Stefano Petri demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial spirit. At just 21, in 1995, he founded his first company, Arco Servizi S.n.c., specialising in technical real estate consultancy. This was merely the beginning of a journey that would see him build an international enterprise. In 2001, he launched the first Great Estate office, laying the foundations for what would become one of Italy’s leading names in luxury second homes. Two years later, he co-founded Toscanaproject.com S.r.l., a firm specialising in renovations for international clients, venturing into the world of property trading. Driven by innovation, in 2007 he established Toscanainformatica S.r.l. to digitalise and streamline business processes. From these experiences, in 2008, came Case & Houses S.r.l., a national network dedicated to selling luxury properties abroad. His ambitions continued to grow: in 2010, Great Estate was chosen by Chesterton International as its exclusive partner for Italy, cementing its international presence. Between 2014 and 2015, Petri dedicated himself fully to Great Estate and the Great Estate Partners project, launching “Reality”—an innovative platform integrating big data and artificial intelligence into real estate. This venture also led to the creation of a tech startup. Between 2015 and 2017, he devised an ambitious industrial plan to expand the network to 100 offices across Italy and strengthen both national and international collaborations. In 2019, he refined the strategy to adapt to emerging market trends, such as disintermediation. Furthermore, from 2020 to 2022, he served as a board member at Banca Valdichiana during its merger process with Banca Tema. Today, Stefano Petri guides Great Estate with a comprehensive vision, positioning it as one of Italy’s most resilient and innovative real estate companies, ready to face new challenges on the global stage.
