Let’s get to know Ulrika Elfström, who has been an International Property Consultant at the Great Estate office in Castiglione del Lago for over four years.
MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
My journey with the Great Estate group began when I met Stefano Petri, the group’s CEO. I had the opportunity to speak with him, and from the very first moment, I sensed an authentic synergy, based on principles I consider fundamental in life and work: honesty, transparency, and respect for family and individual values.
In my daily work, I often assist foreign clients who wish to purchase property in Italy and undertake a true life change. It’s more than just a financial investment; it’s about realising a dream that opens the door to new customs, traditions, and cultures. That’s why I strongly believe in guiding clients with clarity and sincerity, explaining every aspect of the process—from bureaucratic procedures to technical phases of the purchase. Trust, honesty, and mutual respect are the pillars that make all this possible.
VALUES AND THE GROUP’S APPROACH
What I appreciate most about Great Estate is the ability to work as a team, placing people and their goals at the centre. Each project is approached with dedication and care, creating a personalised journey that goes beyond mere buying and selling: it’s an experience that involves and enriches both clients and the professionals supporting them.
PROJECTS AND FUTURE GOALS
The real estate world is constantly evolving: new laws, regulations, and urban planning rules require continuous updating. For me, ongoing training is essential—not only to stay abreast of market changes but also to grow as a professional and as a person. My goal is to continually expand my skills, offering clients a service that is not only accurate but also conscious and innovative.
MY ADVICE
Buying a house in Italy is an important decision. My advice to anyone embarking on this journey is to carefully reflect on what they are looking for in a property abroad and to leave space for the heart. Sometimes, it is emotion that guides us to the right choice.
Another important aspect is taking the time to get to know the territory: the surrounding environment of the property is an integral part of the purchase, enriching its value and making the experience even more authentic.
And, of course, it’s equally important to rely on the right professional and organisation, who can support you step by step throughout every phase of the process.
