INTRODUCING MYSELF
My name is Edoardo and I have a deep connection with Castiglione del Lago, where I was born and where I still live today. Lake Trasimeno and its surrounding area means far more to me than simply home: they are a daily source of inspiration and values. After graduating in International Marketing Relations, I continued my education with an ITS specialisation in marketing applied to agriculture, developing a strong focus on communication, client relationships and the promotion of local territories. Before joining Great Estate, I gained experience in hospitality, working at a resort with a winery in the Todi area, and later in the local property sector, further strengthening my interest in real estate.
I consider myself approachable, open to dialogue and strongly motivated to improve every day. Sport plays an important role in my life and I am particularly passionate about football: values such as commitment, consistency and team spirit are key reference points for me, both personally and professionally.
MY MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
Having already worked in real estate, I had known about Great Estate for some time and had always admired its method, vision and solid reputation. When the opportunity arose to join the group, I gave it my all: I knew it would represent a fundamental step in my professional path. I was eager to become part of this large family, to learn from my colleagues and to contribute my own skills, immediately feeling that here I would find an environment where growth, passion and collaboration go hand in hand.
Today I manage vendor clients, both Italian and international, operating mainly around Lake Trasimeno, an area I know deeply, having been born and raised there. Understanding its history, dynamics, strengths and critical aspects allows me to guide clients with greater awareness, presenting each property not only for what it is, but also for the context in which it is set and the true value it can offer to those who choose it. My passion for real estate was passed down to me by my father from a young age and has grown over time into a true professional vocation.

Within Great Estate, I have found a strong team spirit, both professionally and personally. People always come before interests, whether in relationships with clients or within the working group itself. This approach creates an atmosphere of trust, collaboration and mutual respect, which directly reflects in the quality of service we provide. In my daily work, I strive to convey availability, dedication and constant attention. I believe that empathy, attentive listening and transparency are fundamental elements of this profession: only by truly understanding people’s needs is it possible to guide them through such an important journey with calm and confidence.
PROJECTS AND FUTURE GOALS
My aim is to become a well-rounded professional, continuing to improve and keep myself constantly updated. I believe the true richness of this work lies in relationships: listening to perspectives different from one’s own, engaging in daily dialogue and turning every experience into an opportunity for growth, both professional and personal. It is an ongoing journey that requires commitment, open-mindedness and the willingness to keep learning. What motivates me most, especially within Great Estate, is seeing satisfied clients who are happy with the support they have received, as well as sharing achievements with my colleagues. Success, when shared, has even greater value.
