INTRODUCING MYSELF
My name is Alex Balhuc, and I have made Umbria my home. After completing my studies, I immediately embarked on a career in sales, gaining extensive and diverse experience across different companies and market sectors. A key milestone in my professional journey was spending two years in London, an experience that significantly broadened my cultural horizons and enriched my professional background. This experience enabled me to take on positions of responsibility and successfully manage teams. I consider myself a humble, determined and courageous person, someone who never backs down from a challenge.
MY JOURNEY WITH GREAT ESTATE
In the summer of 2022, I first came into contact with Great Estate indirectly, beginning to discover the company with great curiosity. A few months later, after completing a real estate training course, I decided to approach the group directly to gain a deeper understanding of its operational processes and first-hand insight into its working methods. It was on that occasion that I was offered the opportunity to join the team and embark on a new professional journey in the real estate sector. The beginning was a real challenge. Despite the theoretical knowledge I had acquired, I quickly realised just how important practical, hands-on experience was, especially coming from a completely different market. Over time, by familiarising myself with the company’s internal dynamics and developing my own working method, I gradually gained confidence, found my rhythm and began to approach my professional journey with increasing ease and confidence.

I aspire to become a trusted and authoritative point of reference for international clients, providing them with an impeccable, high-quality property-buying experience in Italy. Through active listening, genuine curiosity and unwavering commitment, I intend to drive both my own development and that of the team, making a meaningful contribution to building an increasingly solid and ambitious future for our group.
