‘Look at Rome through the artist’s eyes’ could be the slogan for this particular apartment. Initially conceived as a studio it is located in the most exclusive area of Rome’s Campo Marzio district in Via Margutta. This area is known as the street of the artists and contains the most prestigious art galleries. It is an oasis of luxury and tranquility, surrounded by gardens, yet only a stone’s throw away from Rome’s bustling heart of the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. The apartment is on the second floor of the prestigious Palazzo Patrizi Nari in Via Margutta. Walking through a lovely garden you then get to the Palazzo’s door which has a marble inscription saying “painting studios.” Through a corridor you enter the large room, a studio of about 65 square metres surrounded by typical windows that reach to the ceiling height of more than 5 metres which then offers ample living space. The apartment overlooks the rear garden of Monte Pincio with very nice views of terraces and gardens of the Villa Medici.
