New challenges, growth and values: we meet Federica Marzocchini, Italian Property Consultant at the Great Estate office in Orvieto (TR).
INTRODUCING MYSELF
My name is Federica Marzocchini, I am 34 years old and I live in Allerona.
After graduating in Economics from the University of Perugia, I gained several professional experiences in companies in the Orvieto area, which allowed me to build solid foundations from both an organisational and relational point of view.
MY FIRST CONTACT AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
My encounter with Great Estate took place about a year ago, thanks to a notary who collaborates with our group. The Orvieto office was looking for new profiles to join the team, and my background was suggested as a potential resource.
Although I had not had direct experience in the real estate sector until then, I approached the interviews with curiosity and motivation, meeting with branch manager Marco Venanzi and CEO Stefano Petri. From this exchange, my collaboration with the Group began in May 2025.
Today, within Great Estate, I am responsible for managing seller clients for the Orvieto office, a role that allows me to combine analytical skills, attention to people and strong listening abilities.
THE GROUP’S VALUES AND WORKING METHOD
From the very first months, what impressed me most about Great Estate were the ethical values that guide the Group and its structured, professional approach to work. Despite having joined the network only recently, I immediately felt like an integral part of the real estate environment, building genuine collaborative relationships with colleagues from the various offices. At the same time, I have established trust-based relationships with seller clients, which for me is a fundamental element in carrying out this role.
PROJECTS AND GOALS FOR THE FUTURE
At present, I am focusing on acquiring new properties in the Orvieto area to be added to the Group’s property portfolio, as well as managing negotiations already underway, with the aim of overseeing every stage with care and professionalism. Looking ahead, my goal is to grow within Great Estate and to increasingly establish myself in my professional field. For this reason, I am currently attending the estate agent training course, aimed at obtaining the professional licence required to practise.
IN CONCLUSION
I consider Great Estate to be a true “working family”: this is why I feel very fortunate to be part of an environment where human relationships are central, meritocracy is genuine and opportunities for growth are real. These are far from obvious aspects in today’s professional landscape, yet they make my journey with Great Estate both stimulating and deeply motivating.
