INTRODUCING MYSELF
I was born in Castiglione del Lago on 4 May 1996, the town where I currently live.
My studies took me to Perugia, where I first attended the Giordano Bruno Language High School and then the University of Perugia, graduating in Foreign Languages and Cultures with a specialisation in Spanish. This language has always fascinated me, particularly for its literature and cultural heritage. After university, I gained several professional experiences that allowed me to grow in customer relations and in the commercial field, acquiring skills that I later further developed during my journey with Great Estate.
I consider myself a positive, empathetic and approachable person, as well as determined, authentic and pragmatic.
MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
My encounter with Great Estate came at a turning point in my life, when I felt the need to get back into motion and find new motivation, embarking on a professional path that could truly enhance my skills. Through a mutual acquaintance, I had the opportunity to meet Stefano Petri, CEO of the Group, and from our very first conversation a mutual curiosity emerged to understand whether a collaboration could take shape.
I began my journey as Stefano’s personal assistant, an experience that allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of the company, embrace its values and align myself with its vision. In a short time, Stefano recognised in me the right person to oversee a project that was evolving and taking a new direction: Great Synergy.
Today, I am responsible for this business unit within the Great Estate Holding, dedicated to developing and managing collaborations with companies and professionals who work alongside and support the clients of Great Estate, Great Stays and Great Solution.

The values of Great Estate fully reflect my approach to life.
Within a large group, diversity naturally exists and must be embraced and enhanced. In the past, I was convinced that my way of doing things was always the best. At Great Estate, I learned to question myself, to engage in constructive dialogue and to understand how an external point of view can be a real added value. I discovered that there are often multiple paths leading to the same result.
I see myself as a collaborative and open-minded person, and this is precisely why I feel I am in the right place: for me, teamwork is the ideal way to grow and achieve goals together.
PROJECTS AND FUTURE GOALS
My goal in life is to achieve fulfilment, both professionally and personally. Every step of my journey is guided by a constant desire to grow and improve day after day. I know that perfection does not exist, but I strive for authentic satisfaction—the kind that comes from feeling motivated, balanced and genuinely involved in what I do.
I always give my utmost, with humility, curiosity, dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, because that is the only way I know how to work. I enjoy looking beyond, learning continuously and completing every project while leaving a personal mark. I recognise myself in a precision that also embraces versatility: the more I learn, the more enriched I feel, both as a person and as a professional.
MY MOTTO
My motto is
“either done properly or not at all”.
A few words that perfectly reflect my way of living and working. I believe in doing things thoroughly, with care and respect, both on a human and professional level. When I commit to something, I do so wholeheartedly.
I grew up with the belief that results come through sacrifice and consistency, and for this reason I choose to dedicate time, energy and attention to what I do; otherwise, I prefer to stop. What motivates me is going beyond expectations, avoiding the bare minimum and always striving to offer something more.
