Two countries, two cultures, and one strong connection to Italy: Nadia Manuela Aron shares her story, her values, and the professional project she launched with Great Estate.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I was born in Koblenz, Germany, but my heart has always had a deep connection to Italy. Ever since I was a child, I’ve spent my summers at Feniglia, the beautiful beach in Porto Ercole, and that’s exactly where my love for the Bel Paese was born. Sun, culture, the sea, beauty, and good food have, over time, become the common thread running through my life.
It is in Italy that I have built my family. Together with my partner Riccardo, I have two children, Michelangelo and Isabella, and a cat who rounds out our daily life. Today I live between Italy and Germany—two countries and two cultures that I feel are deeply a part of me.
I consider myself an extremely sensitive, determined, and empathetic person, deeply focused on human relationships. I believe in the value of keeping one’s word, in transparency, in active listening, and in mutual respect—values that I also consider fundamental in my work.
THE MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
My meeting with Great Estate came about naturally, almost as the natural evolution of a path I had already set out on. Riccardo, who runs a real estate agency and serves as Project Manager for major projects aimed exclusively at international clients, was already collaborating with Stefano Petri, the owner of Great Estate. At the same time, I had just opened my own company in Germany. Our collaboration thus arose spontaneously, from the convergence of experiences, skills, and professional paths that were already heading in the same direction.
From my very first conversation with Stefano, I sensed a strong alignment of values. I was struck by his sensitivity toward people, his focus on the most noble aspects of our work, and, above all, his ethical vision of business. From the very beginning, we shared a strategic vision grounded in honesty, respect, openness, and responsibility toward our international clientele.
From that moment on, we embarked on a shared journey built on trust, mutual respect, and common goals, driven by the desire to build an ever-stronger bridge between the German market and the Italian real estate market.
THE GROUP’S VALUES AND METHOD
Great Estate embodies a way of working with which I fully identify: an approach in which people come before real estate.
The Group’s strength certainly lies in its high level of expertise, the solidity of its organisational structure, and its knowledge of the market. But, in my view, what truly sets it apart is the human quality of the people who are part of it. Combining the dedication and linguistic and cultural knowledge of a native German speaker—backed by a company incorporated under German law—with Great Estate’s solid and widespread presence in the Italian market is a real winning combination. This synergy offers German clients a concrete, reliable point of reference that is attuned to their needs.
But what truly makes the difference is the heart of these people: professionals who, every day, offer their expertise, experience, personal touch, and, above all, their word.
FUTURE PLANS AND GOALS
My goal is to increasingly become a solid, reliable, and trustworthy point of reference for German clients looking to purchase property in Italy.
I want to offer clients comprehensive, clear, and stress-free guidance, helping them overcome any language and cultural barriers and navigate every stage of the process with greater confidence, awareness, and peace of mind.
My goal is to build lasting relationships based on trust, guiding each client not only through the process of purchasing a property but also through the realisation of a true life project.
MY MOTTO
More than just a motto, mine is a way of life:
“I don’t sell real estate—I sell the emotions of the Bel Paese.”
That’s why I love telling my clients that Italia Immobilien is an extension of themselves in Italy: a natural extension of their presence in the country, a trusted partner that accompanies them, represents them, and protects them at every stage of the journey.
I work hard every day to ensure the purchasing process is as smooth, transparent, and secure as possible, so that the dream of a home in Italy can take root and grow without obstacles—with ease, enthusiasm, and peace of mind.
But there’s one aspect I consider even more important: the relationship with the client doesn’t end with the sale. For me, after-sales service is a fundamental part of the job. A client is never left to fend for themselves: even after the purchase is complete, I want to continue to be a point of reference—a reliable presence they can always turn to.
Because buying a home in Italy means much more than just closing a deal: it means starting a new chapter. And I want to be there even after the contract is signed, to accompany my clients through every chapter of that story.
