WHO ARE SILVIA AND MASSIMO
Silvia Capoccia, an interior architect and set designer, graduated in Architecture, specialising in interiors in Rome, and later obtained a postgraduate diploma in film and TV set design from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome. She began collaborating with Rai, Mediaset, Sky, Endemol, Titanus, and Lux Vide. In 2006, she founded de|signArea, a studio dedicated to residential and commercial interior design, set design, installations, and events. She has also taught interior design courses at various universities.
Massimo Germani, architect and designer, graduated from Florence with a thesis in set design. His modular children’s furniture system was featured in Mellin advertisements and industry magazines alongside Magis and Vitra. He has taught Architecture and Design courses at the University of Perugia and has overseen numerous installations, such as OutUmbro-Expo 2015 and SambonetHomi 2018. He also has over a decade of experience in apartment renovations and restyling.
