THE GOLDEN 2021 OF THE GREAT ESTATE NETWORK: THE YEAR-END MEETING

The end-of-year meeting of the Great Estate Network was held on the last 15th of December: here are the points about the goals achieved in the two-year period 2020-2021 and the satisfaction for the excellent results obtained

Last December the 15th, at the headquarters in San Casciano Dei Bagni, the year-end meeting of the Great Estate Network was held: one of the most important annual events of the group, which saw the participation, both physically and remotely, of over 50 professionals.

After welcoming both the “veteran” professionals of Great Estate, and those who have only recently become part of our large family, Stefano Petri, CEO of GE, proudly presented the results obtained by the network in the two-year period 2020-2021.

2020 saw the upsetting and unexpected breakthrough of the pandemic, in front of which, however, our team joined even more, planning many key projects, first of all the one of Virtual Visits.

But…let’s start with…

THE RESULTS ACHIEVED BY THE GROUP IN 2020

FURTHERMORE…

• A fantastic internal IT DEPARTMENT was created, as well as an EVALUATION DEPARTMENT
  
  
  
• We have structured and strengthened our GERMAN SECTOR.
  
  

• ALL our other SECTORS AND DEPARTMENTS have constantly and effectively OPERATED AT THEIR BEST:
starting from the administration unit to the cadastral inspection department, from the graphics office to the implementation of the platforms, from the back office to communication, up to the VIRTUAL VISITS project, MUCH  STUDY AND COMMITMENT BY EVERYONE has been accomplished.

All this has allowed us to:
considerably increase the number of sales made in collaboration with the different offices of the group, with a turnover of over 2.5 million euro; only at the head office, the turnover grew by 20%.

In addition to that, at present, the main site of the Great Estate group offers over 600 video contents that facilitate the search and the experience of our users!

The main changes concerned OUR DEPARTMENTS:

IT department

Evaluations department

The Evaluation Department is one of the many PLUS, as well as a current and future key points of the GE group: a truly powerful service that greatly differentiates us in the Real Estate panorama (in this regard, read the interview with the Engineer, Tullio Morandi, head of the Evaluation Department).

Here is some really impressive data (concerning the difference between the evaluations carried out by our evaluation department with The Best Price, our internal evaluation tool, and the real purchase price).

Graphics department

We have integrated and strengthened this department with two new young professionals (Castiglione Del Lago headquarters and Porto Santo Stefano headquarters).

Back Office

We have further improved and structured this department with the arrival of three new professionals.

Communication Department

We have created original and high-level contents in the group’s Magazine, as well as structured our Press Office:
