WHO IS ALESSANDRO GIULIANELLI STUDIO?
A technical partner of Great Estate since the group’s early years, Geometra Alessandro Giulianelli is the founder of Alessandro Giulianelli Studio. Based in San Casciano dei Bagni, the studio specialises in architectural design development at every stage: from interpreting the client’s vision to submitting the necessary building and urban planning documentation. A team of specialised technicians manages relationships with contractors and other professionals, oversees the works, and consistently monitors the site until the project’s completion.
Over the years, the studio has expanded its expertise with the addition of architects Susanna Paradisi, Silvia Leandri, and Paola Del Secco. Together, they deliver tailored designs for each project, focusing on client needs, collaborating with and for the client, and paying meticulous attention to detail.
