Alma Civita SRL is an architecture firm founded in 2010 in partnership with architects ALessandra Rocchi and MAssimo Fordini Sonni.
The firm operates in architecture and engineering, offering a comprehensive range of services for all stages of project design and implementation, both in the public and private sectors. Alma Civita has multidisciplinary expertise covering civil construction, restoration, interior design, and exhibition setups.
The team, led by Alessandra and Massimo, is headquartered in the unique setting of Civita di Bagnoregio but serves the national territory thanks to the mobility and experience of its technical staff and the collaboration of external professionals. This synergy enables the continuous and growing development of the company.
The operational headquarters is located in Lubriano, a town commonly described as “somewhere south of Tuscany”: a central, easily accessible location that allows the firm to operate throughout the Tuscia region and southern Umbria.
Over the years, Alma Civita has developed specific expertise in landscape protection, with a focus on large-scale renewable energy installations, supporting companies in environmental impact assessments and managing the necessary authorisation procedures.
