More widespread economic growth and less political uncertainty are important factors that are helping to give optimistic expectations to the European property market. There have been large amounts of capital reinvested in Europe and loans seem to be more accessible. All of these conditions should favour the housing market which is therefore expecting great things in 2014. Of course the market has changed and we must keep pace with the times, for instance, to know how to turn the crisis into an opportunity, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, increasing skills, and ultimately knowing how to interpret the changes in lifestyle and the market in which we are in. The important thing is that the big investors have returned to Europe, good investments can be seen, both in our countries and those in the South, meaning that the property market is moving again.
