Great Synergy renews the historic partnership with Rocchini Terziani studio

A firm closely linked to the region, Studio Associato Rocchini-Terziani specialises in architectural design and technical assistance for properties in rural areas.

THE STUDIO

The Rocchini-Terziani Technical Studio, based in Chiusi (Siena), was founded in 1954 by Bruno Rocchini, the father of Stefano. Consistently blending tradition with technical innovation, current owners Stefano Rocchini and Laura Terziani and their collaborators celebrate the studio’s 70th anniversary this year, maintaining their commitment to growth and specialisation. They continue to be a technical reference point for those looking to undertake works on regional buildings and land.

The studio specialises in architectural and landscape design for properties and gardens, as well as associated aspects such as interiors, structures, systems, compliance checks, topography, valuations, agronomy, site safety, energy saving, and tax incentives. Additionally, they manage relations with public authorities and financial institutions.

Their work encompasses both the renovation of existing properties and the construction of new buildings, using virtual design technologies that provide a realistic vision of the chosen project. The studio offers a comprehensive technical service that begins with a survey of the selected property and concludes with its approval for occupancy. Their area of operation extends from Florence to Rome and from Perugia to the Tyrrhenian coast.

Laura Terziani holds a degree in Architecture from the Sapienza University of Rome. In 1993, she moved to Tuscany, to Chiusi, where she began practising independently at the Rocchini Terziani Studio. Her work spans several fields: from the renovation and restoration of both private residences and commercial properties to the design of new buildings, predominantly residential, and interior design.

In recent years, she has focused on sustainability, with particular attention to energy resource management and new residential models, combined with lighting and landscape design. On these topics, she has started collaborating as a lecturer at LUMSA University in Rome.

Stefano Rocchini earned his surveyor diploma in 1983 and graduated in Environmental Engineering from the University of Milan in 2021. Since 1987, he has worked as a freelance professional, and since 1993, he has worked in partnership at the Rocchini Terziani Studio.

His primary role involves urban and cadastral analysis of projects, assessing their feasibility concerning current regulations. He manages relations with public authorities, overseeing the bureaucratic aspects of building and cadastral procedures as well as due diligence for property transactions. As an ACCREDIA-certified advanced property valuer, he conducts property appraisals for financial institutions and serves as a property consultant for the Siena Court.
