Thank you very much! It’s always nice to achieve a sale and satisfy both parts. So, we met the clients in the middle of June, when they called our office Via dei Colli Immobiliare after having found us on the portal Casa.it. They had been looking for a few months for a typical farmhouse or a villa with garden in the areas of Città della Pieve, Panicale, Paciano, Piegaro. When they saw “Poggio del Sole” for the first time, they were immediately charmed, thanks to its short distance to Città della Pieve, its great privacy and its countryside panorama.
Clearly and as usual, the excellent work of presentation of the property, both descriptive and photographic, helped us in proposing it. After only three visits, the buyers decided that “Poggio del Sole” was the perfect property!
