This beautiful Tuscan property has been purchased by an US couple who actually live in Hong Kong. During the whole purchasing process, buyers were supported by the GE consultant Filippo Cori.

I come from US, but I am currently living in Hong Kong, working as corporate lawyer. My family and I already have some properties in Italy: in Apulien and near the Como Lake. We wanted to purchase a villa as a rental, Tuscany is an obvious choice.
We entrusted ourselves to the GE Group. Our entrusted consultant was Mr. Cori, a very helpful and efficient person owing a good English command.
We visited about a dozen of properties with Filippo, but we finally decided to purchase “Podere Reggello” because of its location – right between Montepulciano and Pienza – and its atmosphere – not overly restored and full of charm.
