2015 starts off great for the acquisitions of the Great Estate Group. If it began and will continue like this, it will be a great year for acquisitions.

The first photo shoot of 2015 of a beautiful property in the town of Todi in Umbria has already taken place.

The ‘ Casale degli Angeli ‘ is a period farmhouse dating back to the 1700’s. It has an excellent hilltop position, is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and enjoys a unique panoramic view.

It has recently been completely restored at the end of 2014 using original materials and methods in keeping with the integrity and structure of the building. The farmhouse has a total surface area of 420 square metres with a surrounding land area of 1.54 hectares. Alongside some parkland area there is a 2,000 square metre lawn as well as a 4.6m x 13m swimming pool.

The recently renovated property is in an excellent condition and has been restored in keeping with its original structure.

The farmhouse has a largely antique stone facade with plastered turret. This replaced the previous tobacco drying tower which was partially destroyed.

The wooden ceilings with terracotta tile inlay have been completely refurbished. There are reclaimed original brick tiled floors in the living area while the first floor sleeping area has wooden parquet flooring. There is also an antique tiled roof and wooden windows and doors with a good high thermal coefficient.

Reclaimed period arches and lintels were also used in the renovation.

The property is offered for sale fully furnished in the finest detail.

This Umbrian farmhouse is ideal for those who love their privacy and the countryside and enjoys a unique location with stunning panoramic views.

This property is perfect as a main residence and, given its proximity to the centre of Todi, could also be an excellent holiday home as well as an investment property for the holiday rental market.

The location is perfect for those who want a private residence yet is not too secluded, for those who love the countryside and at the same time for those who want to be close to a historic city that offers local amenities and a cultural life.

Besides the property’s beauty, what struck me most, was the care and accommodating nature of the very kind owner in finding a suitable time for the photo shoot.

The property was perfect from every point of view and was presented in the best way possible. This is key to attracting the attention of potential buyers.
