Great Estate & Chesterton real estate group, Italian leaders in real estate, especially in Central and Northern Italy, addresses and solves issues relating to this sector thanks to the strength of its’ very professional team. Just to let our audience know the market trend Great Estate Magazine wanted to share with all those professionals a series of articles devoted to the performance of the market in their specific area.

Let’s start by talking to David Parish, Property Co-Ordinator for the Marche region, who speaks to us, in particular, about the south of this beautiful Italian region. Speaking of clients who come to him, David wanted to distinguish between two types: Italians and foreigners, especially the Dutch and Belgians. The former are mainly looking for property to renovate with a size ranging from 200 to 400 square metres and are oriented especially towards properties with sea views and a few acres of land.

“These are mainly people of Northern Italy-says David – who see the Marche as a place to seek a quieter life that is closer to nature. In our case, more than half of the visits are of this kind’.

When it comes to international clients, we find that the Marche region, are loved especially by the Belgians and the Dutch that ‘As good traders which they are – says David – try to get a good deal! ‘

They come to Italy especially looking for farmhouses to be restored with a budget that is estimated between 250,000 and 400,000 Euros. “This is not a very high budget – says David Parish – but to meet this market trend, we are in the process of promoting a campaign of properties to purchase.”
