Guido Gaiotto, Italian property consultant for over 5 years in Great Estate, tells us about his experience with the group.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I am Guido Gaiotto and I am 65 years old. My origins are from Veneto but for about 13 years I moved to Umbria and live in Città Della Pieve, my wife’s hometown.
I have known the world of real estate for more than 40 years as my father was a real estate agent and my working career began in 1983 just by working alongside him in this field. Later, from 1984 until 2004 I had several work experiences as a sales manager in some companies in the interior finishing sector.
In 2019 I landed in Great Estate where I am in charge of managing Italian seller clients.

During my free time, I love to devote myself to my favourite hobby, which is cooking. The kitchen is a particularly relaxing place for me.
MEETING AND WORKING WITH GREAT ESTATE
I met the CEO of Great Estate, Stefano Petri, about six years ago. He is a manager with clear ideas who communicates directly and straightforwardly. During that meeting, Stefano introduced me to the company and, most importantly, shared his goals, the tools he intended to use to achieve them, and his strong desire to create one of Italy’s most important real estate companies. Another aspect that struck me during our meeting was the word “family“. Being part of the group means feeling like family: the group is, and must be, a family. In most structured companies, only a number exists, not the person. For me, however, the value of family is one of the cornerstones on which any company should be built.
THE GROUP’S VALUES AND METHOD
Great Estate is certainly a team of highly cohesive professionals, where daily cooperation allows us all to perform better, especially in my case with sellers. We discuss our working methods, knowledge, and how to overcome any obstacle. Additionally, through our Academy, we prepare ourselves to face and resolve even the most challenging issues. Our network grows day by day, constantly training professionals through direct exchanges with team leaders, and providing us with increasingly innovative tools and methodologies. All of this translates into positive work energy. I can confidently say that at Great Estate, we work as a team and for the team: this is the right method to achieve increasingly important results.
PLANS AND GOALS FOR THE FUTURE
My daily goal is to become increasingly effective in managing clients and to help them understand that trusting the method, services, and advice of Great Estate can certainly lead to the achievement of their objectives.
MY MOTTO
My personal motto is: “See, listen, propose”.
