For Dan and Birgit, Podere del Cantico is a second home for now. However, the couple has already planned to move in permanently in 2025, ready to enjoy the  Italian lifestyle to the fullest and to share the beauty of their farmhouse with friends and family, who are already excited at the idea of visiting.
