John and Nancy Anderson are big lovers of good wine and Tuscany…and thanks to the deep relationship of trust established with the Great Estate consultant Nicolò Cordone, they have found their ideal property, the apartment “Il Portico,” overlooking the Tuscan countryside between the villages of Montepulciano and Montefollonico.
John and Nancy: he is a Protestant pastor, she an architect, both Americans.
They are from Napa Valley, and their desire was to purchase a nice home in Tuscany to spend their holidays.
