The growth trajectory of the Great Estate real estate group is confirmed by the results of the past year: a 2024 marked by successful sales and the launch of new and ambitious projects.
In 2024, Great Estate ranked among the top 30 Italian agencies by revenue, according to the Wikicasa rankings. The group’s annual year-end meeting, held in the stunning setting of Orvieto with around 130 professionals and partners, was an opportunity to reflect on this success and plan for future goals.
Widespread expansion across the territory
The acquisition of prestigious properties has been a key metric for measuring the market coverage achieved by Great Estate, which now operates 13 offices across Tuscany and Umbria. Over the past three years, acquisitions have grown exponentially: from 168 in 2021, with a slight dip in 2022, to 243 in 2024, bringing the total to over 730 properties available for sale.

The aggregate turnover target generated for 2024, set at the beginning of the year at EUR 4 million, was reached before the end of the year and exceeded, reaching more than EUR 4.5 million in December, an increase of +47.18% compared to 2023.

To achieve these results, Great Estate invested heavily in strengthening its communication channels and generating international leads. The website, relaunched in July 2024 with a refreshed design and advanced functionalities, offers detailed property presentations and a section dedicated to tourist rentals.
The site, combined with a presence on international portals, media outlets, and social channels, generates an average of 650 contacts per month, amounting to over 22,000 potential buyers who receive increasingly personalized proposals aligned with their preferences.
Refined evaluations
The “Best Price” evaluation system, a flagship technological advancement of Great Estate, remains a reliable tool for delivering market-aligned valuations for high-end properties. The average differential improved from 2.10% in 2023 to 2% in 2024.
The alignment between valuations and actual sale prices reached 97.92%, maintaining the excellent results of the previous year. In 2025, the “The Best Price” tool will be further developed, becoming accessible to website users through a demo upon registration.
The Best Price: a continuously growing success
New business units: A developing Holding
Over the past three years, Great Estate has laid the foundation for a Holding. After presenting the development plan for new business units in 2023, the group has already launched:
- Great Stays: the group’s tour operator (operational since 2022)
- Great Synergy: a network of professionals and technical consultants for design and advisory services (launched in 2023)
Planned for 2025 are:
- Great Collection: a real estate investment fund
- Great Property: a company specializing in property management services
The Holding aims to diversify real estate brokerage services across luxury, residential, and commercial sectors, launch a new portal called Right Estate, and consolidate units focused on IT, communication, training, and consultancy.
2025: The year of growth and training
Great Estate acknowledges that significant achievements are made possible through the continuous development of its professionals and the strengthening of partnerships.
In 2025, the focus will be on training, with the expansion of the group’s Academy. Planned initiatives include events, training sessions, team-building activities, and the publication of educational units, leveraging over 26 years of experience.
