Autumn has brought another Great Estate prestigious success: the Tuscan group celebrates an interesting sale in Umbria, in Città della Pieve.
An Italian couple has bought the property, known as “Il Poggio del Sole”: lovely independent and recently built farmhouse, located in a peaceful and relaxing area, immersed in the greenery, but still not far from the medieval hamlet of Città della Pieve. A splendid countryside location, in which Umbria meets Tuscany, close to all the amenities.
The main characters of Great Estate group in this very recent sale are the agent Giacomo Buonavita, who took care of the seller part, and the agents Stefano Calafà and Gregorio Badessi, who assisted the buyers.
Buonavita had acquired this property in 2013, with a Great Estate sale contract subscribed by the sellers, an Italian family from Città della Pieve. During the years, many potential buyers visited the farmhouse, but none of them actually proposed a purchase offer.
This summer, though, there was a positive change of circumstances: an Italian couple, assisted by our consultants Stefano Calafà and Gregorio Badessi, visited the farmhouse “Il Poggio del Sole”. They fell in love with it! Within a short space of time, they presented their initial offer and in less than a week the negotiation achieved a positive outcome.
