Giulia Arcangioli: a young International Property Consultant who chose Great Estate to turn passion and vision into a professional future.
INTRODUCTION
I was born in Castiglione del Lago on June 4th, 1999 and from an early age, I developed a strong enthusiasm for discovering new realities and cultures. This inclination led me to graduate in Languages in 2018, and then to continue my studies with a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Perugia. Alongside my studies, I began working as a tour guide, a valuable experience that allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and a natural openness towards people from all backgrounds.
In 2020 I moved to Pistoia, where I lived for three years with the aim of gaining greater independence and fostering my personal growth. It was here that I first came into contact with the real estate world, collaborating with a local residential agency: an encounter that sparked a genuine curiosity in me for the sector, its complexity and its human dynamics.
MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
I first discovered Great Estate in 2024 and was immediately fascinated by the company: the professionalism, vision, client-focused approach and organizational structure made a deep impression on me. I therefore decided to return to Umbria to become part of the team. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed into a dynamic, stimulating environment full of opportunities. The chance to contribute to the group’s growth by bringing dedication, enthusiasm and my (albeit still young) set of experiences fills me with gratitude and daily motivation.

This natural affinity has allowed me to feel deeply aligned with and connected to the Great Estate world.

It is an approach that gives equal importance to technical precision and human relationships, placing people’s wellbeing at the center: that of our clients, as well as of us collaborators and team members. These are elements that I consider essential not only in our sector, but also in life, and for which I feel sincerely proud and deeply grateful.
FUTURE PROJECTS AND GOALS
Looking ahead, I aspire to grow professionally within the group, strengthening my skills and contributing increasingly to the company’s development. I would like to deepen my knowledge of the international market and become a point of reference for clients who are not only seeking a property, but also a complete, secure and positive experience in our wonderful Italy. Among my short and long-term goals is the desire to continue learning, to step outside of my comfort zone more often, and above all to refine my active listening skills. I aim to bring value to myself and to my team through constant commitment, genuine curiosity and a proactive spirit.
MY MOTTO
Growth comes from the courage to step forward, from not being afraid to change, explore and face new challenges. All experiences, even the smallest ones, and very often even the negative ones, can turn into incredible opportunities for improvement and personal enrichment.
In this sense, the motto that best represents me at the moment is:
