The Monti Real Estate, the partner agency of the Great Estate Group is very satisfied with the year 2016.
The numbers of the last 5 months in collaboration with Great Estate are the following: seven successful negotiations, one yet to be finished.
The brilliant work done by the professionals of Piedmont was well paid with the sale of the prestigious property.
Good job, seriousness, professionalism and fairness are the surefire way to achieve the objectives.
The Monti Real Estate, the partner agency of the Great Estate Group with an office in Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria, has managed to create all necessary for the evident result.
There are two months to the end of the year and the agency has already closed the deals for the total sum of two million Euro, in collaboration with Great Estate.
The first property is the stone country house in the hills of Monferrato, the UNESCO heritage, dated back to the 1800s, completely restored, keeping the typical characteristics of the Piedmont farmhouses (exposed stone, porches, wooden beams, brick vaulted ceilings). A breath-taking panorama surrounds the ancient estate.
The area of about 400 sqm, three levels with a large panoramic porch complete the property, as well as more than 6 ha of land and the artesian well.
The house was purchased by the German clients.
The next was the negotiation with the Dutch clients, of another country house immersed in the hills of Monferrato, in a panoramic position, in total privacy.
Not far from the thermal city of Acqui Terme, one hour drive from the Ligurian Riviera, the prestigious stone farmhouse of 360 sqm was sold.
The house has a veranda, courtyard with ancient wood-burning oven, another building of 350 sqm, ex stables and ex barn, that can be transformed into an elegant guest house.
All this is surrounded by seven hectares of land.
Among the hills of Piacenza, in the village of Bobbio, there is another prestigious country house, that was offered for sale on the international level and was the object of negotiation thanks to the collaboration with one agency of Piacenza.
It is of about 285 sqm with a porch of 50 sqm; a flat park of 3,000 sqm with tall trees, lavender flower beds and rose gardens, giving the property a really bucolic touch.
But that is not the end of the Monti Real Estate’s success. Andrea Monti, Martina, Rosanna, Lara and Giancarlo are doing really excellent work.
In Morsasco, the ancient village on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, there is a real estate, dating back to the 1700s, completely restored and composed of 260 sqm and 3 ha of the land.
The Russian clients are interested in the purchase of this house and are preparing the last aspects for the deal now.
