A joint mediation memorandum of understanding between the Consumers Association and Air Italia (association of young real estate agents), was agreed last year.

This will allow for faster resolution of disputes. Relying on a real estate agent means placing the utmost confidence in them, which is why every agent should reciprocate with professionalism, competence and transparency.

Unfortunately not all real estate agents do and disputes can arise as a consequence.

The Great Estate & Chesterton real estate group always rely on values such as respect between the parties, fairness and transparency, professionalism and expertise that each partner and employee must possess in order to be able to work with the Group.

Buying or selling a property is an important decision and only genuine professionals can provide the right answers.

This is why it is important to properly evaluate the agency you have instructed to avoid any nasty surprises.

The Consumers Association and Air have initiated an approach which is good, free of charge, to resolve any small disputes that may arise; so long as the process doesn’t last more than 45 days.
