We know that the sale was completed on your property in Tuscany only a few days ago through the Great Estate Group, how do you hear about them?
I heard about the Great Estate Group through a friend, who is an expert in the real estate sector and they recommended them.
Can you tell us what you thought of the group’s advice?
My overall impressions were very positive. In particular, the high level of advice given and the complete service provided. The advice focused on the valuation of the property, followed by the selling objectives as well as the continued assistance in the negotiation of the preliminary and sale contract.
Do you think that the Great Estate Group’s methodology and marketing tools were the latest available to the market?
Yes, certainly. Great Estate Immobiliare has a large database useful in identifying the property’s objective value, based on comparable transactions as well as being clear on the type of clients that would be interested in this particular sale. So, this is not a massive offer but rather a more targeted and accurate offer in terms of price.
Would you recommend the Group to other sellers and, if so, why?
I think so, for the reasons that I mentioned earlier.

I was very satisfied. The service had elements of innovation which are difficult to find with other real estate agencies.
