Indeed, the vendor of “L’Amuleto” – sold on 13th October 2020 – has purchased a new property: “Casa Di Classe”.
We are talking about a charming farmhouse portion located – right as “L’Amuleto” – near Castiglione Del Lago, in the hills where Umbria meets Tuscany. Beautiful and welcoming, it offers an incredible view of the Lake of Chiusi and the close Tuscany.
For this purchase, the client has chosen – once again – Great Estate!
Indeed, she was managed by a professional from the GE partner agency Rolling Hills. The vendors, instead, were supported by our CEO, Stefano Petri.
So, the partnership between Great Estate and Rolling Hills proved its winning character!
