Leonardo Ferragamo, President and Creator of Haute Hotellerie Lungarno Hotels and of the Nautor’s Swan yard and owner of the exclusive complex of Marina Di Scarlino, talks about the opportunity of investment in Maremma.
The residential complex of Marina di Scarlino comes from Leonardo Ferragamo’s will to build a luxury structure in which the concepts of Resort and Yacht Club merge together.
