A longstanding group partner, Marrangoni Law Firm is one of the first to join Great Estate’s new project: the Great Synergy network of professionals and companies.
For over 10 years, lawyer Mariangela Marrangoni, the head of Marrangoni Law Firm, has been the group’s reference point for high-quality legal advice with international standards.
THE TRAINING IN INTERNATIONAL LAW
Mariangela Marrangoni’s fascination with languages and different cultures significantly fuelled her interest in studying comparative law. As soon as the legal framework allowed specialisation for lawyers, she immediately chose “Business and International Contracts,” completing the two-year school and passing the related exams. However, she had already been pursuing this specialisation for years, participating in masters, seminars, and training courses and selecting a specific clientele.
Her study of languages (English, French, and more recently Chinese) progressed alongside her exploration of various legal systems. Over the years, she has gained international experience both in academic and professional contexts, working at a law firm in London and spending time in Malta, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Dubai. She has also actively participated in international lawyer associations (AIJA, UIA, AIDV), which have allowed her to advance her international career and develop a strong network of colleagues and friendships globally.
Additionally, she is accredited by several embassies and consulates, including those of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
THE BENEFITS OF LEGAL ADVICE FOR GREAT ESTATE CLIENTS
International clients in the luxury real estate sector find comfort in the presence of a lawyer with international references, capable of explaining the differences between their legal system and the Italian one. Lawyer Marrangoni can protect the investments of Great Estate clients with a “deal maker” approach, guiding them in the search for solutions and simplifying the inevitable challenges that may arise.
HER RELATIONSHIP WITH GREAT ESTATE
Mariangela Marrangoni describes her relationship with Great Estate as follows:
“The collaboration began more than ten years ago spontaneously and has grown stronger over time, representing a continuous opportunity for mutual growth and enrichment. By nature, a lawyer needs time for reflection, whereas entrepreneurs and operators, whose activities are based on risk, require speed. However, these two different worlds can communicate and find a common synthesis. Great Estate clients share a fundamental need: to have a cohesive and close-knit team of professionals working with the shared goal of successfully closing the deal.”
PARTICIPATION IN THE GREAT SYNERGY PROJECT
Great Synergy is the formalisation of a project that originated from real needs, eventually solidifying and finding its natural evolution in this network, to improve and expand the range of services offered. The various professionals interact and complement each other, with the dual objective of increasing client satisfaction and fostering mutual professional growth.
“I believe that the formalisation of the project optimises what has already been accomplished and, hopefully, will broaden the scope of action for each participant, as well as promote each professional, who thus benefits from a privileged showcase. This formula can increase the number and quality of assignments and foster new synergies, as implied by the project’s name itself.“ – These are the words of lawyer Marrangoni.
