In Monteleone d’Orvieto, the province of Terni, a luxury apartment was sold for € 285,000 through the intermediation of Ilaria Peparaio and Chiara Pompili who managed the parties of seller and buyer.

December 15, 2015 was stipulated the contract between the parties for the purchase of an apartment in the province of Terni for 285,000 euro. The apartment is extremely well maintained in every single detail thanks to a recent renovation.

The property, of about 180 sqm, is located on the second floor of a historic building in the medieval village of Monteleone d’Orvieto, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, and is accessible by an elevator from the ground floor.

As it was stated by Ilaria Peparaio, an Italian Consultant and Office Co-ordinator of the Great Estate office in Fabro, the buyers literally fell in love with the apartment and its location.

“For two years, they have been looking for a property to buy, making numerous visits, but the last viewing appeared to be the decisive one.”

The apartment consists of a large living area, a dining area characterized by the ancient wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen and a covered terrace which offers a magnificent view. The apartment was also appreciated for its exposure which makes the interior very bright.

The sleeping area, accessible from the living room, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hobby room which, if it is necessary, could become the third bedroom.

Besides the apartment, it was also bought a part of a garage and a cellar accessible from the ground floor.

The sleeping area and kitchen are equipped with air conditioners for the summer period; the whole apartment has an independent heating system.

The ceilings are in wood and tiles, the floors are done in ancient handmade terracotta tiles.

All window frames are wooden with double glazing and in perfect state of repair.

These are, as confirmed by Ilaria Peparaio, the characteristics searched by clients of Great Estate that are constantly scanned for new buyers.
