According to a research published by Rightmove, the properties prices have increased of 10% in London.Kensington, Chelsea, City of Westminster, Camden, Hammersmith, Fulham are the most expensive.

Here, the “standard” properties prices are of about 1 million/pounds. So, if you want to invest into a property in London, entrust yourself to serious and professional agencies in order to avoid every possible problem. On the other side, the prices, in Italy, are decreasing. During the last years, properties prices have decreased of the 12%, while the vendors are willing to negotiate them further. Maybe, despite the crisis, this could be a really great period to purchase a property!
