TURNING A DEFEAT INTO A GREAT VICTORY THANKS TO THE 7 KEY VALUES OF GREAT ESTATE

Today we propose to you the beautiful message of the clients that, thanks to Great Estate and in particular to our consultant Hariet Nijhuis, today are the new owners of the wonderful villa “La Bella Vista”.
A message that shows how it was possible to transform a defeat in a great victory through the 7 founding values of Great Estate, in particular fairness, availability, professionalism, computerization of the processes and the internationalization of the group.

Today I am happy to share with you a beautiful message that our international clients, now new owners of “La Bella Vista” thanks to the collaboration with GE, sent to a colleague who works for an important international agency brand, in response to a question from the latter.
In the summary of this article, I strongly wished to mention some of the 7 founding values of our group, the implementation of which made it possible to turn a defeat into a great victory.

Our clients had been in contact with the above-mentioned real estate agent, who had sent them various property proposals, including the one they bought with us last June, in particular with our consultant Hariet Nijhuis.

This real estate agent of a major international brand has certainly done his job, but the “how” he did it certainly brought to light great scope for improvement:

he certainly did the “homework” but he was not AVAILABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND CORRECT.

“After sifting through several opportunities with you around Umbria, during the autumn/winter of 2020 (mainly for family reasons), we moved our focus to the Asti area, deciding to continue working with the –INTERNATIONAL BRAND– office in Asti.

Doing business with people is basically a matter of trust and professionalism, something we have not experienced with –INTERNATIONAL BRAND.

Furthermore, to make sure that there is absolutely no ambiguity, we do not recall that you have in any way communicated and collaborated with Great Estate, and our rediscovery in spring 2021 of villa “La Bella Vista” was totally personal, independent and unrelated to you.

The tone and insinuation of your email confirms that the decision not to continue any research with –INTERNATIONAL BRAND – was absolutely the right decision.”

Our consultant Hariet, who managed both the selling party and the international clients who bought the beautiful villa “La Bella Vista”, has implemented behaviours that reflect all of Great Estate’s founding values, namely:

The value of the GREAT ESTATE family, developed in the work done to create the contact, allowed Hariet to better advertise the property it had acquired and, consequently, to generate the contact of the buying client. Had it not been for the work of the GREAT ESTATE family we would not be celebrating the achievement of a great goal.

2) THE CENTRALITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WITHIN THE WORK PROCESS
Hariet, as it always does, as well as many others of us, have put the customer and their needs first: it has listened to them and understood them, providing the customer with the best possible support and making them feel from the outset that it is the customer and their needs that are at the center of our work.

3) FAIRNESS
From the very first contact, Hariet was fair to the client, informing him about what could be done and what could not be done, both with regard to each individual property and to the relationship that was being established.

4) PROFESSIONALISM
Hariet was professional all the way, from the first phone call to the signing of the deed of sale: all this is very clear in the e-mails of our international buyers.

5) AVAILABILITY
Hariet was available: she organized conference calls with the client in the evening after dinner and carried out the inspections on Saturday and Sunday. And at all other times she was available, albeit with the right limits or boundaries, necessary to respect her as a professional: but always with the utmost professionalism.

6) INNOVATION AND COMPUTERISATION
Thanks to our entire platform, Hariet was able to acquire and manage the customer in the best possible way.

7) INTERNATIONALISATION
Hariet speaks 3 languages perfectly and, on top of that, is able to understand the thinking of many international customers.

I saw Hariet get excited when she told me what she had written in the e-mail, and I got excited with her because we both know how much effort and commitment goes into a message like that.

I wholeheartedly wish all the professionals in our great group many messages like this one:

will be the just “reward” for a life lived daily respecting and implementing the 7 founding values of our great Family.
