In December 2020, Great Estate celebrated the officialization of EIGHT sales, SEVEN of which near Christmas. Let’s discover them together!
The last month of the year brought to the officialization of 8 sales for Great Estate. Let’s discover them.
Thanks to the work done by our CEO, Mr. Stefano Petri, and Mr. Valter Luciani, who managed the vendors, and Mr. Nicolò Cordone, the buyers’ consultant, an English couple has become the new owner of “La Sosta Nella Natura”. It is a beautiful and independent farmhouse portion located on a hill near the Umbrian hamlet of Parrano, surrounded by a luxuriant park.
Let’s move now into a charming property called “Margherita e Galsomino”: a small farmhouse near Cetona, Tuscany, surrounded by nature but close to all the services needed. On December, 16th it has been sold to an Italian couple from Rome. This was possible thanks to Roberto Biggera’s work: he managed both the vendors and the buyers.
On the same day, “C’era Una Volta” has been sold too. Located in one of the most beautiful parts of Val D’Orcia, surrounded by the hills and charming vineyards between Pienza and Montepulciano, this property is in an open and panoramic position. A sale that comes from the winning cooperation between the GE partner agency Rolling Hills – who manage the vendors – and Nadia Aaron – responsible for the GE German market and the Managing Director of Italia Immobilien – who managed the buyers: Britta and Michael, a couple from Dusseldorf.
On December 18th, another sale was officialised: a charming farmhouse located in Acquasparta, Umbria. This property dates back to ‘300, and it was carefully renovated. In addition to the park and the beautiful infinity-pool, its location is simply amazing, with a 360° view. This prestigious farmhouse is now the new home of a German lady. The negotiation was perfectly managed by our CEO, Mr. Stefano Petri, who managed the vendors, and Mrs. Nadia Aron.
Another sale was the one of “Villa Castellare”, an interesting property at a walking distance from the historic centre of Monte San Savino and a marvelous view on it. On 19th December, this house was officially purchased by an English couple managed by Mr. Nicolò Cordone. The vendors have been managed by Mr. Tommaso Liscaio.
On 22nd December, Great Estate sold also “Laiola”. Located in one of the most famous areas of Val D’Orcia, “Laiola” is surrounded by a park. It has also an infinity swimming pool, an olive-grove, a lake, an incredible privacy, and a view. So, a beautiful property purchased by a US couple living in Swiss. Thanks to the great teamwork done by the professionals of Rolling Hills – the vendors’ consultants – and Roberto Biggera – the buyers’ consultant.
Our 2020 has closed with the sale of other two properties, both on 29th December.
- “Podere Casetta” is a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse near San Casciano Dei Bagni; with an open and panoramic view, this home has been purchased by a couple from Milan. Caterina Caloni dealt with the buyers and Giacomo Buonavita who managed the vendors.
- “Podere Monteverde”, a recently-built charming farmhouse near Otricoli, Umbria. Surrounded by nature, “Podere Monteverde” gives a beautiful view on the countryside. This important sale is the result of the commitment and work done by Suzanne Van Ravenstein – who managed the vendors – and Nadia Aron – who managed the buyers, Mr. Horst and Mrs. Christina, a couple from Munich.
