In a quiet day at the end of August, the Great Estate pulls off a few important deals for 1 Million Euro!
Three negotiations were brilliantly closed in one ordinary day.

Roberto Biggera, International Sales Co-ordinator, who managed the sellers and Chiara Pompili, International Property Consultant, who managed the buyers, were able to lead the deal to the signing of the preliminary purchase of a villa to be built within the new lotting Focaiole Alta, in the Municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni, in the beautiful province of Siena.

Then, coming to Sorano, in the province of Grosseto: again Roberto Biggera who managed both parts of clients. The purchase offer of one prestigious farmhouse to restore in the green Tuscan Maremma was signed and accepted.

But the day does not finish here: Suzanne Van Ravenstein, International Property Consultant, the real estate agent of Great Estate who deals mainly with Dutch clients, and Roberto Biggera, the hero of this profitable August day, have positively closed the negotiation of a beautiful villa with a swimming pool in Otricoli, the small Umbrian village, not far from the City of Narni. Suzanne managed the sellers while Roberto followed the buyers, the international clients from Singapore.

The trend of last two-three years is confirmed: the month of August, the usual period of sea, mountains and relax, for Great Estate is an extremely productive time.

It is evident result of everyday constant work of professionals of the Group appreciated by satisfied international clients.

Once again, an excellent result!
