Would you like to tell us something about the acquisition of the property? How did you convince the clients to sell with our group?
I acquired the property about a year and a half ago thanks to the great references owned by GE.

You advertised the property internationally and results were very interesting. In your opinion, which are the reasons of this performance?
Giving the typology of the property and its possible clientele, the apartment has been advertised internationally. Indeed, it has been purchase by two international buyers owning different houses worldwide and who, for this reason, were able to appreciate its charm and unicity.

From the very first moment, we really worked together: we understood that this property was the right one for the buyers.
