Elisa Lorenzini, Account Manager at Great Estate, brings her international vision to the development of the Business Units and the coordination of the teams.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I was born in Sarteano, Tuscany, and I have always nurtured a deep curiosity for Europe and foreign languages. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, I travelled extensively, living first in Spain and then in England. In London, I found my home: for five years, I worked as an Account Manager in several advertising agencies. In 2018, driven by nostalgia for Italy, I moved to Milan, where I continued my career in the creative sector, managing clients in the worlds of fashion and design.
THE MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
In 2023, during a professional break for the birth of my second child, I spent some time in Tuscany, my homeland. It was at that moment that, thanks to Chiara Pompili — a Great Estate consultant for over 18 years — I came to know the group. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and the shared vision of Stefano Petri, CEO of the group, regarding the project of a Holding capable of meeting clients’ needs in a structured and comprehensive way. This encounter prompted me to embrace with conviction an ambitious, evolving project. I therefore decided to join the Great Estate network to support Stefano in the development of the Holding’s new Business Units and in coordinating the various departments that underpin the group’s success.
THE VALUES AND METHOD OF THE GROUP
Honesty, transparency, positivity, openness to change, respect and the pursuit of excellence: these are the values I fully recognise and consider rare to find in large corporate environments like Great Estate. These values are applied concretely both internally, in relations with colleagues, and externally, in the relationship with the end client. It is precisely this approach that makes Great Estate a model of success.
PROJECTS AND OBJECTIVES FOR THE FUTURE
My objective for the future is to continue learning from everything around me. I do not consider myself “arrived” in my professional path, and I see the world of real estate as a dynamic, ever-evolving field. For this reason I want to continually broaden my skills in the sector, while making available to the GE Holding the knowledge I have gained from my previous work experiences.
MY MOTTO
“Work hard and be nice to people.”
This was the sentence I read every day when I walked into the London office, and over time, it became my motto. I firmly believe that professionalism and skills have true value only when accompanied by meaningful human relationships.
