Marco Venanzi, real estate consultant for over 5 years in Great Estate, tells us about his experience with the group.
INTRODUCTION
My name is Marco Venanzi, I am 40 years old and I am lucky enough to live and work in the splendid village of Orvieto, in Umbria. Born in Lazio, I have lived on the Rupe with my family for over 15 years.
I obtained my real estate agent qualification in October 2019 from the Viterbo Chamber of Commerce, and since January 2020, I have been carrying out my work at the Great Estate office in Orvieto. I deal with the management of vendor clients, assisting in the process of analysis, evaluation and promotion of properties to be placed on the international real estate market.
In my free time, I love to dedicate myself to family and social relationships, and when possible, to discover the magnificent villages and towns of Umbria and Tuscia.
MEETING AND COLLABORATION WITH GREAT ESTATE
The first meeting with Great Estate took place in 2018, when I met the CEO, Stefano Petri.
It was immediately a stimulating experience, thanks to Stefano’s empathy and his inclusiveness. Being able to assist him, shortly afterwards, in the review of the Academy allowed me to experience the Great Estate method first hand and pushed me to train to be an active part of our group.
VALUES AND METHOD OF THE GROUP

GOALS AND PROJECTS FOR THE FUTURE
Certainly, my main goal for the future is to consolidate the presence of Great Estate in the reference area, that of Orvieto and surrounding areas, to enhance the wonders that this has to offer.
At the same time, I believe that we must constantly grow professionally through training, both technical in the sector and relating to the various aspects related to marketing and communication.
