This is what Stefano Petri, Managing Director of the Great Estate Group says. The repeated message in our magazine focuses on understanding to what extent and how has the real estate market changed so dramatically over the past 10 years. This is due to the following reasons:

The Great Estate & Chesterton Real Estate Group has been able to anticipate this situation for many years and has structured a working methodology based on the latest technology with a framework of expertise that is now recognized by most of the Italian real estate market. Not only do The Great Estate Group have a great tenacity to continue on this difficult path but that ultimately it will bear well-deserved fruit.

The GREAT ESTATE Group closed 2013 with a +30% rise compared to 2012. There is even more interesting data for the first half of 2014, where brokerage revenues, always from the one central headquarters sees a +40% increase compared to the previous six months and therefore the objective is a +50% growth for 2014

These results are derived solely and exclusively from the professional, organised and computerised answers, where the information was resolved in the points set out above. The solutions are however costly, but from all points of view there is a great desire to get into this discussion, united with great tenacity, together along with the desire to daily improve leads to these results.

Often, continues, Stefano Petri, I question if all the sacrifices and all the efforts aimed to improve from the point of view of the professional‘s day-to-day work is worth it …………certainly the above information I believe can give an objective response, considering that the group aims is to have 50 offices in Italy by 2014, and that every office hopes to achieve the above results.

In doing so the Great Estate Group, is a business that can potentially generate about a 40 million Euro turnover from real estate brokerage sales, in terms of real estate values, which could reach around 1,000 million Euro of sales.
These numbers are crazy in absolute terms in the current real estate market and are unattainable for those who do not understand how the real estate world has changed and that for the non professional who does not adapt or does not comply, may see their business close down.

To date, these results are achieved by the central headquarters but other locations are achieving excellent results with the application of the Great Estate Group work methodology and I hope that increasingly, professionals, that deserve this adjective, share in this project and achieve these kind of results because this is a well tested route which now depends on each individual professional if they want these results or if they want to complain which many of us Italians are very good at doing.

I conclude by saying that the Great Estate Group work methodology on a daily basis is based on three fundamental concepts that are; FAIRNESS, PROFESSIONALISM And AVAILABILITY and I would like to close with an excerpt of our organization’s manual that says:
