Great Estate, a leader in the Luxury Real Estate market, is getting stronger in Umbria by proposing a new way of considering the Real Estate: a perfect mix between professionalism and innovation. On February, 1st, and according to all the Covid-rules, it opened a new prestigious office in the core of Orvieto.

Yesterday, February 1st, Great Estate opened a new office in Orvieto, right in the core of the town (Corso Cavour 47).

After the opening of the one in Città Della Pieve of the last year, the Group led by Stefano Petri keeps increasing its presence in the Green Heart of Italy, Umbria.

As our CEO, Mr. Stefano Petri, underlined with his last interview to the Corriere Dell’Umbria (read the article here).

Umbria has become a very popular destination for those who are willing to purchase a prestigious property: its landscape, history, and culture are famous all around the world.

In addition to this, Umbria keeps offering very competitive prices if compared to Tuscany.

The pandemic did not stop this kind of market that registers, instead, very important figures and a +20% in the sales, confirming so a years-long trend.

Moreover, Mr. Petri has also confirmed that the one in Orvieto is:

an area where we are concretely active already. Right for this reason, we thought it necessary to increase our visibility and consolidate our brand in Umbria.

In the new GE office in Orvieto, there is also Eletta Home Staging, a real estate marketing service specialized in the valorisation of a property. Our Group proposes and suggests it in order to reach quickly and profitably the objective sale.

There are really many services and advantages which make of Great Estate the ideal solution to achieve the best result in terms of sale and purchase:

Virtual Open House, Virtual Tour, professional photo shooting, drone videos, The Best Price, Home Staging, Due Diligence, visibility on the major national and international real estate portals, online statistics, a huge partnership-net, a multilanguage consultancy, and a lot more.

All these services, created and structured in more than 20 years of experience, make Great Estate be one of the main leaders of the Luxury Real Estate.

We are really proud of this new adventure, right a year later the opening of our office in Città Della Pieve. For many years now, we are working in the charming area of Orvieto and we have immediately fallen in love with its beauty and history. We hope to contribute to let it be discovered and appreciated both by national and international clients as well.

Our mission is the one of bringing an innovative method to the Real Estate of Orvieto. This will allow, thanks to the union between professionalism and innovation, this area and all the clients who will desire it to reach important objectives.

A special thank you goes to Barbara Medici, Ilaria Peparaio, and Marco Venanzi, the professionals with who we created and developed this project.

We are sure that this territory may create a huge synergy with Great Estate, composed of more than 70 professionals, that know and can contribute to the valorisation of the real estate heritage of the area. Being aware of the fact that the Italian economy has always relayed on the Real Estate, we believe that this valorisation may mean also a higher valorisation of the whole region and its economy too.
